Wit's End

I've hit a wall.

I have 3 computers in front of me, all of which need psychiatric help. But I need their help. I need them to work.

One can't run internet, or read PDF files. One has a spoilt CD-ROM drive. The last one is pasword protected. I don't have the password. My instructions for my video converting software are on a CD.

I spent the past 3 days installing the software from the CD. All because it requires online registration. Easy to come by in Singapore, but impossible to here on the right computer. We try 3 computers and 2 modems and only one gets connected. But it's not the one with the software.

Oh yeah by the way the modem on this com is shaped in such a way that it blocks the openning of the CD-ROM drive. My software comes in 2 discs.

I have 5 days left.

My video format cannot be read by my mac. I have not finished filming.

In other news I'm doing really well here. But don't stop praying just because I stop blogging, coz that is when I need the most help. A big thank you to all of you who have sent me little messages that have made my day.

Thank you Melanie and Marianne and Mommy and M(D)addy for writing to me! Heh Marianne it's some encouragement to me knowing however bad things get for me, they are worst for you. Hia hia hia.

I used to be a solitary guy. I'd take the loneliness and bear with it. But that was last time. I realised how much easier it is to work when you have friends supporting you, and I've been able to do so much more with your help (Thank you Mel for the slides!!!). So please, do write to me. In walked the computer guy Barthiraja and I told him my plight. He'll get me a video converting software to try. Pray this works people... but if it doesn't, windows movie maker (oh the horror) seems to present itself as an option. Pray okay? This video, as we believe will be greatly used by God to help the work of this hospital. That would explain why there's so much strange coincidental opposition to it.

I'm in the frontline of a spiritual war. Please send encouragement. Heh.
