This is adapted from Royston Tan's movie 15- without the violence, blood and gore.
"The essence of storytelling requires no special effects or complex computer graphics. All it needs is a basic thought and an open mind. Here, we've simply put together a piece with the help of an everyday tool: computer folders. And as a first, it tells a short story most of us are familiar with; the chaotic life of youth gangs on the fringe of Singapore society."
Let us film-makers all be creative, low-budget story-tellers.
